What is mediation?
 Mediation is the intervention of a neutral into a dispute between two or more parties in order to facilitate the parties' communication with an understanding of one another and assist in the development of options for the future.

What kinds of disputes can be mediated?
 Many types of disputes lend themselves to mediation including employer-employee clashes; co-employee misunderstandings; sexual harassment complaints; commercial disputes between vendors and buyers; consumer disputes; intellectual property disputes; conflict between business associates or partners; landlord/tenant conflicts and disputes in families.
